HISTORY: Who we are The textile tradition dates back to the Thirties, when Mr Olivo Antonio and his wife founded a small wadding factory in the proximity of Cittadella in order to process wool, silk, cotton and flax. In a few years and thanks to their experience, this business increased and when their children joined the company, the textile processing turned from semi-manual into industrial, founding in such a way some company’s branches. One of their children, as it often happens, used to follow the engineers of textile machineries and he became their consultant in order to optimize his installations, implementing innovative solutions for the manufacturing of felts and needle felts in general. In the Nineties he decided to use his own experience in a more direct way: backed by his children, he left the manufacturing field and started working in the field of design, cooperating as consultant for the main Italian manufacturers of textile machineries. The analysis of the manufacturing process of the non-textiles showed that the weak point concerning quality and quantity was the crosslapper. A new machine was then designed and manufactured, privileging the needs of the users. For this reason, a demo line is nowadays installed in the workshop so that customers can see and experience the performances of the new system. The success of Texnology is a mixture of experience and technology, that enabled, in a few years, the setting of our machines on more and more prestigious installations, with high performances.
